OnlineCalm and Clarity Circle

A live, guided space to slow down, reconnect, and reset

Join me for a monthly online clarity circle — a calm, supportive gathering where we come together live to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.

Each circle includes a short, grounding introduction, a gentle guiding question, optional sharing, and a deeply calming Theta Guided Meditation. You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you — listening is always enough.

This is not a class or a workshop.

There’s nothing to prepare and nothing to “do right.”
It’s simply a shared space to slow down and be supported.

Tuesday, January 27

You’ll receive the Zoom link by email after registering.

What to expect

  • A brief grounding welcome to help you arrive

  • One simple guiding idea or question to orient the evening

  • Optional sharing (voice or chat — always your choice)

  • A calming Theta Guided Meditation to settle and integrate

  • A gentle close before returning to your evening

  • Cameras are optional. Sharing is optional.
    Presence is enough.

This practice is suitable whether you’re feeling:

  • Overstimulated or tired

  • Reflective and inward

  • Curious about meditation but unsure where to begin

  • Ready to live with more presence and intention

This meditation is for you if you’re craving:

  • You want more calm and clarity without effort

  • You enjoy being guided rather than instructed

  • You value quiet connection over performance

  • You’re curious about meditation but want something more human

  • No meditation experience is needed.
