Join me for a monthly online clarity circle — a calm, supportive gathering where we come together live to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.

Each circle includes a short, grounding introduction, a gentle guiding question, optional sharing, and a deeply calming Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation. You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you — listening is always enough.

This is not a class or a workshop.
There’s nothing to prepare and nothing to “do right.”
It’s simply a shared space to slow down and be supported.

Online Mindful Art + Guided Meditation Circle (Free)

This will be a gentle, beginner-friendly mindful art circle followed by yoga nidra guided meditation.
All you need:

A few pieces of paper
-
A pen or marker
-
A comfortable space to sit, then lie down for yoga nidra guided meditation.
We’ll begin with simple mindful doodling exercises (no art experience needed). I’ll briefly share how repetitive drawing patterns calm the mind and support focus. Then we’ll reflect together before moving into a deeply relaxing guided meditation.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and settled.
