Hi, I'm Tracy.

 

My joy is helping women live inspired, soul-aligned, fulfilling lives. I am a spiritual coach, women's circles and retreat leader, meditation teacher, Reiki Master and sound healer. Through easy, practical tools, I help women transform, find greater meaning and purpose in life, connect to their heart and to a community of supportive sisters.

Described as loving, wise, compassionate and inspiring, I am known for creating nurturing, sacred space and sharing easy, effective tools that anyone and everyone can take something from. I teach women how to harmonize with the power of the moon and seasons to align with their soul, live with intention and manifest their dreams.

I love hosting women's circle, events and retreats in North San Diego county and online. I also help powerful feminine leaders with their events and retreats so that they can take the spotlight.
