OnlineCalm and Clarity Circle

A live, guided space to slow down, reconnect, and reset

Join me for a monthly online clarity circle — a calm, supportive gathering where we come together live to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.

Each circle includes a short, grounding introduction, a gentle guiding question, optional sharing, and a deeply calming Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation. You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you — listening is always enough.

This is not a class or a workshop.

There’s nothing to prepare and nothing to “do right.”
It’s simply a shared space to slow down and be supported.

Online Guided Meditation Circle (Free)

 Thursday, May 21st | 7-8:00 PM Pacific | Online

This will be a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga nidra guided meditation.

All you need:

  • A comfortable space to sit, then lie down for yoga nidra guided meditation.

  • A journal and pen for reflection

You'll experience a deeply relaxing guided meditation and leave feeling grounded, clear, and settled.

This is part of my free monthly gathering series — and I’d love to see your face there.

Come ready to engage, share (if you’d like), and connect in community.

You’ll receive the Zoom link by email after registering.

This practice is suitable whether you’re feeling:

  • Overstimulated or tired

  • Reflective and inward

  • Curious about meditation but unsure where to begin

  • Ready to live with more presence and intention

This meditation is for you if you’re craving:

  • You want more calm and clarity without effort

  • You enjoy being guided rather than instructed

  • You value quiet connection over performance

  • You’re curious about meditation but want something more human

  • No meditation experience is needed.
